If your organization is tax-exempt, please contact us before placing your order or follow the directions below. (In most cases, a signed tax exemption certificate is required to be on file with us before your account is eligible for exemption status):


Step 1: After creating an account and preferably before placing your order, you can list your company name and Tax ID or add a tax-exempt note in the comments section of your registration to inquire about eligibility.

Step 2: Our administration team will reach out to you and provide you with a tax exemption certificate unless we currently have one on file.  This will need to be completed and signed by the appropriate representative of your organization.

Step 3: After completing the tax exemption certificate please send it back to us by email, fax, or mail to:

After completing those steps and receiving confirmation from our team, all future purchases made by your organization will be tax-exempt.
